If you could go back and witness any historical event, which one would you pick?

This is a question that has landed on my lap a lot, and I’m gonna leave out Jesus for this one, just so I don’t sound repetitive.

I would pick the resurrection of Christ, and witness the only chance I have of believing in God, but let’s do something else today.

The choice I have made is based on two factors. Firstly, the party, and secondly, the joy.

I would like to go back to my birthday, the 8th of May, but in 1945. I’d like to watch the celebrations of the end of the Second World War in London, or Liverpool, or Manchester. Wherever there was a party.

I’d like to see the desperate joy and feeling of that moment.
